  • Barry R. Ireland
  • Barry Ireland is a Dale Carnegie graduate and Market Management graduate of the University of Western Ontario, and a graduate of the University of Guelph at the Ridgetown Agricultural College campus.  He has made his career in agri-business.  As the President and Co-owner of Pipestone Valley Agro Parts Ltd., he invented and registered patents for many agricultural innovations, including a wind solution power generation system.  Previously he owned a trucking business and a farm equipment dealership.

    Barry is involved in the Elks Club and other community organizations and activities.

  • Del Reimer has made a career in sales and currently works for FedEx Trade Networks.  He also has experience in general management in the agriculture industry.  Del has a vast level of expertise in international trade.

  • After several years of working in the transportation industry as a Driver Trainer,  Human Resource and Recruiting Manager, Jeff stepped out on his own and formed his own Home Renovation business. Jeff Lives with his Wife in Strathmore Alberta

  • Darcy Thiele
  • - Darcy is a Professional Engineer with 16 years experience in the oil and gas and pressure industries spanning the areas of
    - wellbore construction
    - upstream oil and gas facilities operations engineering
    - oil refinery and upgrader project engineering
    - fabrication and facilities construction
    - boiler and pressure equipment design registration and inspection
    - Darcy is a Saskatchewan Level 1 Pressure Equipment Inspector (Boilers and Pressure Vessels) and is viewed by his peers as an authority in the ASME Boiler and Pressure Vessel design codes. Darcy established Thiele Enterprises Inc. in 2003 to serve project engineering and project management for facilities construction projects. Darcy has also served in management, board, and ownership roles in a pressure fabrication/construction company, a home construction company, and a recently established solutions engineering company to serve the pressure industry. Darcy is currently furthering his education in an Executive Master’s in Business Administration program which he will complete in March of 2011.

  • - Currently serve on Hillsdale Baptist church board as well as the Baptist General Conference of Saskatchewan board.
    - Spent 23 years in retail sales management in clothing and consumer electronics industries. 5 years with Grafton Fraser menswear 1980-1984 and 13 years with Krazy Kileys 1985- 1989 and 1997-2004 and 5 years with Soundsaround in Calgary 1990-1996.
    - Currently co-owner of Premier Financial Management and Premier Mortgage Group for past 5 years.
    - Co-own and operate 3 other business and investment interests.
    - Love living in Sask. and being part of the business community.
    - Like to golf and spend time serving the church and community.
    - Believe strongly in alternative energy options like VBINE.
  • Debra L. Fahl
  • - Debra is a financial advisor and broker with Performance Financial. She has worked in the financial field for 14 years and specializes in estate and succession planning, elder and retirement planning, tax planning and money management. Debra is the former owner of two businesses in Katepwa, Saskatchewan: Sundays Log Cabins and Sundaes.
